Your Google Business Profile comes first

For local searches, your Business Profile often appears before any website. Make sure it’s complete: the right primary category, every service area you cover, accurate hours, real photos of your showroom, trucks and installs, and a link to your quote page. Post updates regularly, like new equipment, installs or training events.

Build pages for the places you serve

One “areas we serve” list isn’t enough. Create a page for each major city or county you cover, and make each one genuinely useful: who you serve there, installs you’ve done nearby, how fast you can get a technician out. Pages that only swap the city name tend to perform poorly.

Use the words your buyers use

Your buyers don’t search for your internal terms. A property manager might search for “apartment laundry room equipment” or “laundry service company for apartments”; a laundromat owner might search for “commercial washers for laundromat” plus a brand name. Write pages that answer those searches directly.

Reviews matter

Reviews affect both where you appear and whether people call. Ask every happy customer, make it easy with a direct link, and reply to every review, good or bad, politely and quickly.

Fix the technical basics

  • Fast loading on mobile, because many buyers search from their phones.
  • Your business name, address and phone number the same everywhere.
  • Structured data that tells search engines what you do and where.
  • A sitemap submitted to Google Search Console.

Be patient and consistent

Some fixes, like a complete Business Profile, can help quickly. Ranking territory pages takes steady work over months. Track your progress in Search Console and keep adding useful pages and reviews.
