FAGOR · DOMUS · ONNERA GROUP
Web design for Fagor and Domus distributors.
We have built four platforms for Onnera Group, the OEM group behind both lines. If you carry Fagor or Domus, we already speak the catalog.

We know the lines because we built the tooling
Solomon Watson built the Onnera Group events and training platform, which handles service technician training seats, investor open houses, and distributor demo days. We built the AskOnnera help desk. We built the parts warranty claim platform. We built a password-protected locator that maps every Domus and Fagor install for the sales team.
That is four platforms for one OEM group. It means when you tell us which models you move, we are not looking them up for the first time.
02
What an OEM-fluent distributor site looks like
Catalog that matches the line card. Your Fagor and Domus offerings presented the way a buyer evaluates them, not the way a generic CMS template wants to organize products.
Financing and lead-time honesty. Capital equipment buyers want to know what it costs to finance and how long until install. Sites that hide both lose the inquiry to the distributor who did not.
Parts and service visibility. For most distributors, parts and service are the recurring revenue. They should not be a footer link.
Co-brandable structure. If your OEM runs a co-branded web program, your site should be able to slot into it without a rebuild.
03
Where this fits for the OEM side
If you are on the manufacturer side rather than the distribution side, the same work runs as a program: a repeatable web build offered across your distributor network, consistent in brand and structure, and independently maintained so it does not become an internal support burden.
We have run exactly this shape of work with Onnera Group. If you are evaluating how to get your US distributors onto competent, consistent web presence, that is a conversation worth having.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Do you only work with Fagor and Domus distributors?
No. Those are the lines where our OEM tooling experience is deepest, but the work applies to any commercial laundry equipment distributor. The industry vocabulary transfers across brands.
Can you coordinate with our OEM's marketing team?
Yes. Our Onnera Group work involved exactly that kind of coordination across events, training, warranty, and sales tooling.
What if we carry multiple competing lines?
Common, and not a problem. Structuring a site that presents multiple lines without cannibalizing either is a normal part of the build.
