FOR EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTORS

Marketing built for laundry equipment distributors.

Most agencies that say "laundry" mean laundromats or linen rental. We mean the distribution layer: the people carrying OEM lines, defending exclusive territory, and selling capital equipment on six-month cycles.

01

The distribution layer gets skipped

Search "laundry marketing agency" and you will find agencies for laundromats, for dry cleaners, for linen and uniform rental, and for the manufacturers upstream. The distributor sitting between the OEM and the end account rarely gets purpose-built work.

That gap matters, because distribution is a genuinely different business. You are not selling a wash-and-fold service. You are selling a capital purchase that a property manager, a hospital laundry director, or a route operator will evaluate for months, compare against a competitor one county over, and finance.

Your website is not a storefront. It is the thing a buyer checks after your rep leaves the room, and the thing a property management company forwards to two other decision-makers before anyone signs.

02

What we actually build

Spec-fluent equipment pages. Model libraries that survive contact with a buyer who knows the difference between a soft-mount and a hard-mount washer-extractor, and who wants G-force and cylinder capacity before they want your value proposition.

Territory-aware structure. Distributor territories are exclusive. Your site should make it unmistakable which lines you carry and where you carry them, so an inbound inquiry from outside your territory routes correctly instead of wasting a call.

Lead capture matched to the sale. A quote form that asks for territory, lines carried, and timeline gives your rep something to work with. A contact form that asks for a name and a message gives them a phone number to chase.

Portals and internal tools. Warranty claims, parts lookup, service-tech training registration, install locators. The unglamorous software that makes a distributorship run, which most web shops will not touch.

03

Proof, not promises

We built four platforms for Onnera Group, the OEM group behind the Fagor and Domus lines: an events and training platform handling technician training seats and distributor demo days, the AskOnnera help desk, a parts warranty claim platform, and a password-protected locator mapping every Domus and Fagor install for their sales team.

We built Hercules On Campus for one of the Northeast's largest route operators — a campus laundry program site handling student-facing program pages, service requests, and school onboarding. It was built years ago and is still on duty.

Our longest client relationship is past six years. Every Google review we have is five stars.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do you work with laundromats?

Rarely. Our work is built for the distribution layer — equipment distributors, OEMs, and route operators. Agencies that serve laundromats and wash-and-fold are solving a local consumer marketing problem. That is a different craft, and there are good agencies doing it.

We already have a website. Can you work with it?

Usually yes. Plenty of our work starts as a rebuild of something that was fine five years ago and has quietly stopped generating inquiries. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or replacing.

Do you understand our equipment lines?

We have built spec libraries and dealer tooling for Fagor and Domus through Onnera Group. If you carry lines we have not worked with, the fluency transfers — the vocabulary of G-force, cylinder capacity, soft-mount versus hard-mount, and OPL versus vended does not change by brand.

How do you charge?

Project builds for the site itself, then an ongoing retainer for maintenance, security, and SEO monitoring. We will scope it against your territory and account mix before quoting.
