Solomon Watson LLC is a web design and digital marketing studio based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, serving commercial laundry equipment distributors across the United States. This policy covers the website at solomonwatson.com.

Information you give us. When you submit the quote form or download a gated resource, we collect the fields you fill in: name, company, email address, and optionally phone number, territory, timeline, lines carried, and whatever you write in the message box. We collect this because you asked us to contact you, and we use it only to reply and to follow up on that enquiry.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages get read, how people arrive, roughly where in the world they are. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google’s infrastructure under Google’s own privacy terms. We do not use it to identify individuals, and we do not combine it with the form data above.

Server logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard access logs including IP addresses. We do not control or have direct access to those logs.

What we do not collect. We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, session recording, heatmaps, or third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics. We do not take payment on this site, so no payment details are ever collected here.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Form submissions are delivered through EmailJS, which transmits the message to our inbox, and land in our email provider. Analytics data goes to Google. Hosting is GitHub Pages. Each of these processes data under its own terms.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to.

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox and CRM for as long as the business relationship or its possibility is live, and for our own records afterwards. Google Analytics data is retained per the retention window configured in that product.

If you want your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser. The site works fine either way.

Your data. Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live — the EU, UK, California and several other US states — you may have a formal legal right to those things. We will honour the request either way rather than asking you to prove jurisdiction.

Contact preferences. We do not run a marketing mailing list. If we have emailed you and you would rather we did not, say so once and that is the end of it.

This is a business-to-business site for the commercial laundry trade. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
